ОтветитьWho won believe me when I say this but the 1984 synth is kind of my stick
ОтветитьThe Worldvision 1989 and/or 1991 logo was taken from older George of the Jungle reruns on Tom & Jerry's TBS Funhouse on TBS from 1989 to 1994. I know on that channel, the logo also appeared at the end of the individual segments of the original GOTJ show (title show, Super Chicken and Tom Slick). The logo variant was on George of the Jungle repeats whenever it was on Fox Kids, ABC and Cartoon Network.

ОтветитьThe "WHOOSH" logo always reminds me of syndicated episodes of Melrose Place, Beverly Hills 90210, and 7th Heaven. It always scared me, especially the ones with the Blockbuster sticker.
Ответить1891-1894
ОтветитьThat scares the hell out of me
ОтветитьWonderful
ОтветитьThat was me with Rankin Bass and the Digital Studios logo
ОтветитьI noticed that the SWOOSH effect in the Worldvision Home Video logo was probably achieved by mixing Moog Effect 9 and Moog Effect 8 together and slowing the two tracks a bit, before adding a reverb effect to make the SWOOSH sound longer.
ОтветитьThis used to shared
The shit out of me.
This logo makes me a lot Beauty kid memories🖤
Ответитьif I was Andy Clark, I'd have sued the FUCK out of these companies.
ОтветитьThe various titles once distributed by Worldvision are now under various entities.
Hanna-Barbera and Ruby-Spears shows that Worldvision once distributed (i.e., not owned by another co-producing company) are now in the hands of Warner Bros. Animation, the modern day animation division of Warner Bros. Entertainment, with one exception. While Rambo: The Force of Freedom was distributed by Worldvision on original airing in first-run syndication, its rights reverted to co-producer Carolco Pictures (which coincidentally licensed its library to Worldvision for US TV distribution in 1992) upon the show's conclusion, it is now owned by Carolco successor StudioCanal.
The rest of the library Worldvision distributed is now owned by two different subsidiaries of Paramount Global.
The theatrical films distributed by Worldvision (except those produced by Hanna-Barbera, part of WB except for Charlotte's Web, owned by Paramount), which in its last years as a separate distributor was the syndication arm of Spelling Entertainment Group, are now under Paramount Pictures. Theatrical films that Spelling owned lock stock and barrel at its merger with Paramount are under the Melange Pictures in-name-only unit, formerly Republic Pictures. There were also many films that Worldvision only had the US TV rights to, like the libraries of Carolco Pictures and Weintraub Entertainment Group. Paramount holds these rights today as well.
The rest of Worldvision's TV library is owned by CBS Studios under its Spelling Television unit, likewise in-name-only. Some Spelling-produced TV shows were once distributed by a company other than Worldvision, like Dynasty, which was distributed first by Metromedia, then 20th Century Fox (though Worldvision did hold the rights to Dynasty: The Reunion). The distribution rights to these shows reverted to CBS in 2006.

ОтветитьLater on they had to put a disclaimer that Worldvision Enterprises was not affiliated with Worldvision International a religious, charitable organization.
