Synchronization gear weren’t at the start of arming planes, in fact it was a pretty big advantage to germany because it brought the gun closer to the center of the plane and allowed better accuracy while being safer for the pilot shooting

The tanks couldn’t consistently get through barbed wire, their tracks would be tangled up and stop working, there are some journals from WW1 tank pilots explaining their troubles

The barbe wire was used to stop tanks too!! But only for a littile bit, the wire got tangled in the gear shaft and other gears that spun the tracks, this was use for about 2-3 years until the German engineers found out how to over come it

Woah you people know nothing about tanks. I’ve seen probably over 50 comments saying this tank is the KV-2. It isn’t. The KV-2 is a Soviet Union designed and produced tank. This tank here is belonging to the mark series tanks, looks to be the mark 1 or the mark V, hard to tell given the fact this is a crude drawing. But this IS a mark series tank. Used during WW1. This tank isn’t related to the KV-2 AT ALL. It isn’t even related to the Soviet Union at all. Not the same country, not the same decade even. If you search up “mark 1 tank” you’ll see the thumbnail tank. If you search up “KV-2 tank” you’ll see the REAL KV-2 tank. If you search up one or both of these, you will NOT see a single image relating to the other tank, whilst searching up the other one. I have NO CLUE how anyone in their right minds could possible confuse the 2 tanks at all. People, please, someone tell me how you’ve confused em. And don’t be rude pls, I’ve don’t my best not to so i apologize if I seemed rude.
