Elasticsearch Service Setup

i believe that the elastic search AWS setup in the first video of this playlist is the old setup and the setup in this video is the latest. So just wanted to know which process to follow and which makes the development environment comfortable. (am working on a search engine with auto-suggestions)

Useless and incomplete tutorial.... and how do I uae it in my web site ???
