Amazing!! I tried it earlier today, Nov 29, 2022. It works like magic, soft & fluffy. My family loves it. It doesn't absorb oil while frying too. I have tried other recipes before and always end up with tough dough. Your recipe is really sincere and so generous with the instructions. Thank you for sharing. May God bless you & family.

ОтветитьI’ve never seen a more ridiculous way to measure ingredients. That’s disgusting digging around in the flour like that. Get a scale and measure by weight like real bakers do.

ОтветитьThank you for the recipe. I made these today and followed your instructions. I fried in sunflower oil at 350 deg. F. Half the recipe I made into "ring donuts" the other half I laminated cooled sweetened cooked chopped apple with cinnamon. I cut the apple donuts into squares then let rise. Both were delicious. This was my first time making donuts, I will make this again and again. Thanks for sharing your recipe and providing such detailed instruction.
