YOU sound different explaining the septic system.
ОтветитьLike the peel and stick wallpaper you put in closet. The style fits you well Abby and bifold doors would look nice in the room. Wow.. what a big surprise your septic was installed, he did a nice job. Glad you got it in before the snow starts flying. 😊
ОтветитьLove the wallpaper print, makes the closet shelves pop with color … new septic, everything is coming along and getting closer to moving in. 🫶🏼
ОтветитьLove that you finally got your septic system in AND the leveled area looks great! So excited for you! The wallpaper makes the closet look so pretty...you really have an eye for "pretty"!
ОтветитьI've heard that septic fields should not be driven over by anything bigger/heavier than a lawn mower. Something to research and keep in mind for future construction and landscaping endeavors
ОтветитьTo get that stick on wallpaper off,put a little heat on it with a hair dryer!
Ответитьyour home is looking good i like it
ОтветитьI’m getting excited about your house being completed. Can’t wait for the move in day. Love your closet and the wallpaper too. I really enjoy your videos.
ОтветитьHoly fu#%! What a crock! Oly $hi+ , I hope he's OK. Amen! I love your country and hope these dirt bags pay for this insanity. Miss being able to visit safely like the old days.
ОтветитьHey Abby, are the 220 watts outlets in for your stove and dryer, or are you planning to use propane for your gas stove. I am hoping you and your family will be celebrating Christmas in your new to be home, and by the way, you are clever using a framing square for nice crisp lines for your wallpaper decor.
ОтветитьGorgeous land! Where I live, they require aerobic septic systems. Kittens are growing and so cute!
ОтветитьThe fingers that you speak of is called the leach field.
ОтветитьSuper great , this is a big advancement toward the finished dream. So excited the place is taking on a great life that you will enjoy for years to come. Closet looks pretty with the paper on it . Congratulations Abby , your plans and hard work are coming to fruition . YEAH ! 💖💞💜
Ответить👍👍👍
ОтветитьI would think that the septic system would need to be inspectied.
ОтветитьHi Abby. with each episode your home becomes super beautiful! I like the wallpaper idea, but I also love the doors you have too. when you move in and start loading your closet with clothes and accessories, the different shapes, colors, and textures might be overwhelming. I hope you will reconsider your original idea of having closet doors made when your budget has regained its strength.
Ответить"Grass is always greener over the septic tank" Nice start on your spring landscaping. Throw some grass seed this fall. Those boulders will help with landscaping as well as keeping your house dry if your creek gets high again. You must be so excited for all this progress!!
ОтветитьIt looks great! Love the idea.
ОтветитьLove the wallpaper… very very pretty
ОтветитьDon't put anything down your sink,commode you didn't eat..no paints,etc.
ОтветитьLove seeing you so often
ОтветитьAbby you have good taste....house will b v nice indeed!
ОтветитьPretty
ОтветитьAbby you're my favorite lady on YT❤
I tell you what I see for your beautiful cupboard doors. White painted, show case doors with triangles, rectangles of a pretty design with glass and even a mirror or two inlays. Quite old fashioned
Love your choice with the wallpaper
Abby as a septic user for 40 years avoid using chlorine bleach or chemicals that kills the bacteria in the tank. The bacteria is what breaks down the solids in the tank and liquids will drain easily. Enjoy your beautiful home.
Ответитьwhile the dirt is soft, it would be a perfect time to put in a couple steps leading down the hill. Love the closet, and I love the stick and peel type wallpaper.
ОтветитьPlus facile avec une table à tapisser non?
ОтветитьYou need 3 sliding doors, not 2 it is easier to get into
ОтветитьFor next time, if you reverse roll it, the wallpaper will lay flatter and will be easier to measure and cut!
Ответить<<<<~ I'm 27yrs old. $73,000 biweekly and I'm retired, this video has inspired me greatly in many ways
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤
Ответить"I'm gonna wing it"...a woman after my own heart. lol
It looks more beautiful than I even thought when you first showed us the paper.
Any of the scrap paper would make a nice background for any crafty pictures in frames.
Why didn’t you take the shelf’s out
Ответить🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
ОтветитьOh my so excited for you! Everything is going together like a puzzle 🧩 ❤yay!❤
ОтветитьI take it all back. You made installing that sticky paper look easy, and eer, ( cough, ahem), it looks really good.
ОтветитьI love how you have write a letter and send to Harvie. No email, but I bet it’s a well written and through letter.
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьLooks fabulous. Won’t be long and you’ll be moving in.
ОтветитьJust out of curiosity, what was the system that the previous residents used for water/sewer? Is there a well on the property you plan on piping in?
ОтветитьWhen are you getting your heating system and red up and running that would be good before you moved in
ОтветитьWhat about the HVAC system?
ОтветитьAbby, you should’ve put the wallpaper on before the shelves went in. You would’ve had just one straight wall too late now.
Ответитьget some ground cover planted to prevent erosion
ОтветитьThe wallpaper in the closet (and the closet as a whole) looks gorgeous!
Congrats on the septic system install. Now that you have one, you'll want to make sure it functions well and lasts, so be careful of what you put down your drains and toilets. Three big no-no's: 1.) never pour cooking grease down your drain 2.) don't clean brushes/rollers with household paints or stains in any of your sinks. (Those things don't break down and can create problems in your system.) 3. Go easy on the bleach or bleach based cleaning products or just avoid them if possible. Too much bleach will kill all the good bacterial that lives in the tank. (Good bacteria breaks down the solid waste and helps it settle to the very bottom of the tank where it can be pumped out by a professional later). Bonus tips: Be mindful of the type of toilet paper you use. Make sure that it says it's 'septic safe' somewhere on the package. Last but not least, never ever flush feminine hygiene products or "flushable"wipes down the toilet as they may eventually pile up and get stuck in your pipes. Even if that doesn't happen, they don't break down, so they will eventually clog your septic system and cause problems. Always put them in a trash can instead.
The leach field is where the liquid waste goes and gets filtered before it enters the ground. If it gets clogged because solids or grease or other things are making their way into it (because they're not being broken down in the tank first), it will cause your whole system to back up. (Not fun and expensive to fix.)
Abby you really need to clean up that basement looks awful
ОтветитьWhoa! It’s only Thursday! Bonus content! And such exciting update with the septic! ❤
ОтветитьIt's beautiful!
ОтветитьAll my closets are wallpapered and it makes me smile every time I open one
Nice job Abby
