It's nice after using the other warmup video that there is something to fall back onto when you're ready to up the warm-up time. Thank you for being there with us. Also, nice to know that you're doing the warm-up cold when we are.
ОтветитьThat’s amazing warm up! Thank you so much:) even after first time doing this routine my result was much better
ОтветитьCoach, what’s your fastest mile time?
ОтветитьCoach, what’s your fastest mile time?
Ответитьcan you show how you calm heavy breathing down after intense run?
ОтветитьLove your workouts! They're great. I used the first one before I go running and they're great! Coach Holly is right, it does make a difference. My runs are so much better now! I'm going to give this one a try! I just subbed!
Ответитьthank you thank you holly and friends I don't run without this warm up I hope one day I can run with you guys
ОтветитьCoach Holly is LEGS GOALS!!! Thanks for this awesome warm up.
ОтветитьThank you for this, I found your channel by chance and this warm up, and the 5 minute warm down have been really helpful
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьI found this great thanks
ОтветитьI tried your warm yesterday I ended up doing it twice waiting for my son-in-law to go for a run great warmup thanks Holly
ОтветитьVery interested warm up, I'm gong to applied it.......... quick question C Holly, training two times per week is that enough for a half marathon?
Ответитьi like how finding a new warm up ca kill me more than a marathon distance run lol
ОтветитьThis was fantastic thank you
ОтветитьBoring .
ОтветитьThis was super helpful! I did this just before a five mile run and I could actually tell a difference. Because my heart rate was already elevated, it didn't take that first mile or so to feel comfortable. Thanks!!
ОтветитьIsn't just me or everyone loves coach Holly.
ОтветитьTry this last week and made a huge difference on the 1st mile of my run. Thanks!
ОтветитьIf I could do this I wouldn't want to start running
ОтветитьWow this was awesome lol I’m out of breath 🤪 Ok off for a run 🏃🏽♀️👍🏼 Thsnk you!!
ОтветитьThanks coach .. ready for my run now
ОтветитьI have one question coach Holly. I love running but I want to do some strength exercise at the end and in the mid way of running. Is it proper to do such exercises for my body?
ОтветитьThanks Holly great warm up routine
ОтветитьThank you for another insruction! I usually use your other follow along warm-up (that one at the golden gate brigde(?)) and I always struggle with the burpees because I warm up in a flat where I can't jump whatsoever. So I was hoping for this one to be without jumping. But sadly about half of the movements would disturb the neighbours.
If I can make a wish: I would love one set without jumping, maybe a compilation of the excercises of this video and the other one.
And also: I would soooo appreciate a video with movements/excercises which I can do in between my run to better my movability(?)( I hope my request comes across, I'm not a native speaker).
Due to the quarantine I watched a lot of fitness videos for inspiration and instruction. And yours are truly the best! You are really doing such a great job! I'm just 40 now and I hated running all my live. But you really helped me to get and enjoy it! Thank you so much. I'm really not going around the internet praising people I don't know and I'm really not a social media person. But I wanted to let you know my appreciation.
Check out those fancy shoes, Coach Holly !! You be snazzy !!
ОтветитьCoach Holly: I love doing your follow along run, core and warmup videos and making great gains however I have 1 problem the outside of my calves tighten up and hurt when I start running even right after finishing your warm-up. Foam Rolling ahead of run makes it worse but feels good after. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for letting me train with you
ОтветитьIf I was younger, better looking, better educated and more interesting, I’d have a pretty girlfriend like this peach
ОтветитьThe number one thing holding me up during my run is injury and pain. Your explanation and guidance have helped me immensely. Thank you.
ОтветитьI love this! I in in winter and its freezing inside before I go(as in my toes are numb for my first mile), so this really got me warm!!!! I love that these movements cover hips, upper body and the dynamics motions that are so important before a run!! THANK YOU, YOU ARE OFFICIALLY ON MY RUN WARMUP VIDEO PLAYLIST!!! THANK YOU!!
ОтветитьGonna hit this routine tomorrow morning
ОтветитьLove when my heart rate spikes just a little bit before my run. Everything feels more in tune
ОтветитьLOVE THIS SO MUCH! Thank you <3
ОтветитьHolly, I went thru physical therapy for a hip /groin pull and they released me and i never felt right... until i started doing your stretches and warm ups ... and then voila!!! I started running pain free... seriously you gave me my regular running routine back! Thank you!!
ОтветитьAwesome 👏 WarmUp!! Shook off all that rust before my Run 🏃🏾 🤙
ОтветитьIn the thumbnail it looked like there were other people in the background, now I realized it’s you. 😁
ОтветитьI think i might actually do this everyday. I work a physical job.
ОтветитьI thought I'd do this before my run this morning, (not being one to usually warm up usually!) and low and behold did my fastest time for the distance. This is a keeper!
ОтветитьAwesome warm up, thanks Holly!!
ОтветитьBoth myself and my wife do this at least three times a week before each run. Great video, helping us to stay injury free and nice and warm before a run. Thank you coach holly!
ОтветитьI would like to know how often do you foam roll? I have had it band issues in the past and will do it about 4 to 5 days a week at two sets for about a minute each. Would love to know your thoughts. Thank you.
ОтветитьI always have a hard time warming up before my runs. I'm going to use this before my trail run today.
ОтветитьShould you do this wearing your running shoes or are bare feet alright?
ОтветитьSome good tips as always holly 🙌🏼 love it , gotta definitely gotta try these more often before my runs
ОтветитьI can’t wait to test this out tomorrow 💗
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьDo you have any suggestions to replace the jumping ones? I don't think my downstairs neighbors would appreciate those lol
ОтветитьI’ve been watching you guys videos trying to work on improving my run time and form. I’m currently serving in the us army and due to the holidays and laziness I failed a pt test a few months back. I’ve been running and hitting the gym and I recently took a practice test and failed that also l. If I fail my next pt test, I can be chartered out of the military. I ran a two mile in 18 minutes I need to down to at least 15 to pass. Any advice is greatly appreciated I am married with a baby on the way and I can’t fail my next test. I need help
