Just got my R50 set today and this is great, better than the other tutorials I looked at while choosing a camera. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work. Can't wait for the weekend when I can dedicate time to play and learn.
ОтветитьGreat tutorial! I:d be interested in a crash course on the R50!
ОтветитьThank you so much for this in-depth tutorial, helped a lot!
ОтветитьI have just received my R50 camera and I spent my late night hours looking at tutorials, I have to say Michael’s ways of explaining the function of R50 camera are the very best, and I have definitely learned how to use this camera. Thank you Michael.🎉🎉🎉
Ответитьomgosh, I loveed your tutorial. I was looking for someone to explain the r50 in detail like what you are doing in this video. I just bought the r50 but I'm not likeing the kit lens it comes with; I can zoom but I'm not able to focus. what are your thoughts,? I was thinking of returning the camera and only buying the body only camera with no lens and just adding a better lens. I also have the cannon t5 and have an 18-55 and a 75-300, all I need to buy is the EF-R adapter.
Am I using the 18-55 lens that came with the r50 wrong or is there something really wrong with that lens?
So in both AV and TV modes the photographer may need to adjust ISO and it won’t adjust on its own?
ОтветитьYes I need a crash course
Ответитьthis is what i am looking for 1000% i recommended tis video THANK YOU
ОтветитьThank you! That was very helpful.. enjoyed your video very much 😊
ОтветитьHi, this is a well constructed tutorial. my R50 arrives next week and this is the best tutorial I have seen for a long time. At 64, the last time I used a manual camera was 35 years ago, so things have changed a lot since then, so a big thankyou for making this and Crash course will be greatly appreciated!
ОтветитьLooks like Canon mostly swapped out the lens mount on the M50, lost sensor cleaning, and upgraded the firmware a bit. Apparently, the bottom line is that Canon decided to abandon all lenses other than the R mount lenses and ditched the camera bodies to go along with their lens decision.
ОтветитьFirst off, thank you for doing this video. And thank you for teaching me how to use my camera correctly. I was able to play with my camera and change the settings while watching the video up until the battery dredial.
ОтветитьWhen i have my camera in Av mode. the picture is just really blurry. How can i get a good picture in that mode?
ОтветитьThank you so so much sir ❤
ОтветитьI’d love to see the crash course for the r50. Just got the camera and twin lens kit
ОтветитьA Favorito. Este es un gran vídeo para los que tenemos esa cámara y queremos aprender más.
ОтветитьThis was great! Would definitely love to see the crash course!
ОтветитьThank you for making this video! I'm trying to learn how to make videos and take photos for the work I do which deals with skin and hair close ups.
Maybe if you would touch base on a close up tutorials
Would definitely purchase your Crash Course for the R50, are you making one for this model Michael?
ОтветитьThanks, just brought at B & H NYC 50th anniversary show . Love it, upgrade from M 50 ii, disabled & can no longer carry my large equipment downsizing. I'm so glad I found this camera, would be very interested in the crash course
ОтветитьMichael, I join the chorus of those eager for you to release a Crash Course on the Canon R50. Thanks!!
ОтветитьThank you for this! I just purchased this camera and paired it with a Tamron 18-400mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC HLD. I primarily got this set up to video my two boys' indoor travel basketball. I am having trouble with the lens auto-correcting under autofocus, at a very rapid rate consistently. I am attempting to over-crank at 1/400 shooting at 1080, I have the Servo AF on. I am very new to this and claiming to be a novice would be a compliment. I just want to be able to have very little blur panning and tracking them and be able to slow-mo later in production. I watched your video and it helped but I would like to go more in-depth for my application. Do you have any indoor basketball videography advice with my combo? Thank you!
ОтветитьCrash course will be greatly appreciated!! Let me know when it's available.
ОтветитьSo have you ever used the internal mic or a shotgun mic for video while the camera is connected via USB-C? The literature says that the R50 supports UVC and UAC, but I left a message on the Canon USA forum, and one of their people said that the USB does not transfer audio. Either Canon's literature is wrong, or it's just not obvious how to make it work. Since you mention the Countryman lav mic (great mic by the way) I thought you might have some insight.
Ответитьmy control ring dosent work?
ОтветитьJust bought an R50 and this video is absolutely awesome for me as a beginner, no vague explanation and full context!
ОтветитьThanks for the video! I'd love to see the crash course. This is my first good camera. Excited to learn the ins and outs of the R50.
ОтветитьI'd love a crash course for beginners with this camera. Please do it!
ОтветитьAwesome video, very clear instructions and great info.
ОтветитьGetting back into photography. I’m feeling good about the choice of camera I bought. Would love to see the app setup for the iPhone. Thanks Michael.
Ответитьhey so when I set the ISO to 400-500 with a 1/60 shuttter speed at F5.4 the video is way to dark what do i do? It adds a lot of noise
ОтветитьThis is an incredibly valuable resource for anyone getting started with this camera. Thank you for taking the time to make this video.
ОтветитьIn Canon R50 as there is no AF-On button then can we customize any other button for "Back Button Focusing". As most of experts suggest back button focusing for birds photography. I am asking it because if "Back Button Focusing" is possible in R50 then only I will purchase it.
ОтветитьMake the crash course please,I’m trying to make basketball videos and vlogs and don’t even know how to zoom in and out on it
ОтветитьGreat video, almost done, do you know how to change the settings so when in movie mode, the screen finder does not dim / go black after a short time?
ОтветитьPlease give us a crash course! I definitely need this video. I just purchased the R50 and I have never used a DSLR/ Mirrorless camera before.
ОтветитьThank you so much, lots to learn and will need to practise loads. I would also be interested in a crash course thanks
ОтветитьDoes anybody knows if this camera has clean hdmi output? if yes how can i disable the info on the screen
ОтветитьI am waiting your R8 course!
ОтветитьI'm learning so much - thanks!!!
ОтветитьI’m new to the whole camera community so this video has been on replay and I’m learning so much! Crash course will be greatly appreciated!!
ОтветитьHi Michael, please make the Crash Course. It will be really helpful
ОтветитьThank you! This video helped me out so much! Crash course would be great!
ОтветитьIs the Canon Ef 50mm F/1.8 ll lens good to use for the R50?
ОтветитьYes, I would like a your Crash Course
ОтветитьWill you be doing a review and or tutorial one the EOS R8? Very tempted by this camera
ОтветитьThank you so much. No one else that I've seen explained the modes in depth like this. Especially the pain of M mode. Still, it looks like it would be a good little shooter. Maybe a efm adapter could be made?
ОтветитьNice! I own the R6, but was thinking about picking up an r50 just for fun…
