I actually created a game called Balloons N’ Bullets, it was with Scratch, but, pretty cool video, Elf Man!

The art is so good man, noce work. The first balloon expression's is low-key creepy tho ngl 💀

I recently created a small tabletop game that recreates the feeling of the game of 15 (you know, that little "chessboard" where you reposition the numbers in ascending order by sliding the various tiles) but in a minimal dungeon crawler style. I tried it out at a game creators convention and many told me it would be a perfect game or app. I just don't know where to start, or even who to ask if they want to develop it. do you have any advice for me?

what art program do you use?

I like the use of drop shadow but if it's not uniform (which it doesn't appear to be) it shouldn't rotate with the object. The shadow should always be casting below the object.
