The care with which you made this video and made the fish and chips is very impressive. The finished products (i.e. the fish, the chips and the sauce) look and sound very, very appetizing. Here, in the US, we aren't in the habit of eating "mushy peas," but I would like to try them. I would trust any "mushy peas" recipe that you would recommend. I am now subscribed to your channel. I will look to see if you've posted a recipe for them here.
