A lot of big companies break the laws of planning all the time but they're allowed to get away with it or they take a tiny fine type slap on the wrist for it. If it were a guy like u they'd probably hammer u with a huge fine or jail time.. Bastards!!!
How expensive was it to buy a piece of land like u have?

My god,thankyou, my lads gone off on his career ,and I'm stuck in london.
Eventually I'll loose my tenancy, through benefits taken away .and will be in a jam. Personally I was thinking of just ending it.
But now I'm seeing, there are ways of living out there,that don't have to be wrapped in money. Terrible way to think,if I loose this place ,f it I'm done.

Does the uk government regulate the farm land for example do they have laws that say how big your house should be ...

It seems that the govt has just announced (Sept 2023) that the four year rule will no longer exist. Rather they intend that the four year rule will be extended to ten years.

I've been looking in France atm. As I'm now retired. Not sure weather to settle in France or England, as I'm English. I was wondering if it would be possible to buy wood land and build a tree house as my main accommodation. Do you think l could get away with that. Living in it full time ? hello and thank you for this video - it was very interesting. I find some of the stuff you tell us about a bit confusing and would love some clarification if you can ever find the time. You say to live on the south facing side of your land. Does this mean you are in the northern hemisphere ? You also say you bought the land and built a permanent home that is your residence. So then you say if you live there for four years you get residency. Does this mean you are from some other country and am not a citizen? I don't understand why you'd need the four year rule if you bought the land and built a house.> You mention travel or traveller's a few times - does this mean you are from some other country to wherever this is and you are a backpacker or something ? If you bought the land why would that land not have a address ? Surely the title deed would tell you where it is ? I appreciate the story about he naming of the land and the letterbox to receive mail but wouldn't there be a street address anyway ? Or is this land circled by somebody else's land ? Wouldn't your mail go to your address anyway ? great advice about just getting a loan for the land as saving will take longer than any loan period. Or is this vid more about how to circumvent any Council planning and regulations about how you build a home ? Loved your other vid about coppicing wood. Would have loved to do this but not here in Australia. Way too bloody dangerous here. Well Id appreciate it if you can find the time to clarify what your saying - thanks Lesley

Have a stealth camp in London and I have been here for a year. It is public waste land. I am using it while I am working in the UK. I am just camping but I am building a cabin. I am thriving and saving a lot of money to fix up my house in Portugal.

If anyone could help I’d greatly appreciate it!: My husband and I met studying abroad, we have done our k1-visa and are married now. We hope to save $20000 before we move back to the Uk. Once we buy land. Should we choose residential or forestry land? Do we get permission first before we live there or do we hunker down for 4 years and hope no one makes a fuss? We’re hoping to find land with a barn already built on it that we can fix up to live off grid on. Thank you for anyone who can help ❤
