ОтветитьI don't have the opportunity to regularly keep myself fit, but I hiked 20 km the day before yesterday. My legs were so stiff! Thanks for this practice, I feel much better now.

ОтветитьI did over 9100 km kite surfing with a hydrofoil last year. As a result my legs (especially my quads and hammies) are rigid. I repeatedly do this one and it is gradually loosening up the UV joints! Thanks Adrienne!

ОтветитьI have had chronic IT Band pain since I finished my Appalachian Trail thru hike last year and have been trying all sorts of rehab exercises and stretches, which have been helping. I found this video and have now done the sequence three days on a row and have felt dramatic improvement. The first day the lunge and twist pose was stretching it so deeply that it started to spasm. I just let it relax and by the end of the video it was feeling way looser than when I started. All the poses feel so much easier now and the pain in my IT band is significantly improved. Definitely going to continue doing this routine
