This interviewer clearly fell on the wrong side of history 😂
ОтветитьHere in 2024 a lot of people got rich in the stocks off this, even more missed out!!
ОтветитьSteve Balmar: Developers Developers Developers Developers!
Jeff bezos: the customers the customers the customers the customers!
Well..at least he enjoys what he’s doing
Ответитьthis man committed a crime on me and also he rejected me on merch to build a t-shirt its very sad
ОтветитьPikachu in hand, he knew the customers that were going to help build his empire
ОтветитьWord has it that Bezos quit Amazon just to become a customer.
ОтветитьThe left eye opens wider than the other.
ОтветитьWow this interviewer is a plank.
ОтветитьYou're going places if your confidence isn't just based on your gym muscles. I couldn't respect this man more.
ОтветитьHe was 1000000000000% correct. And he did it.
ОтветитьThis crazy mofo literally has the same expression that Nicholas Cage does in that meme. He's an evil person.
ОтветитьSo smart such a visionary and forward thinking which is why amazon is what it is today . He really was and is obsessed
Ответитьhe look weird
ОтветитьDamn Bezos really looks like a villain, like a scrawny Kevin Spacey or James Spader.
ОтветитьIm so proud of him!
ОтветитьWhat's the name of this interviewer lol? He sucks at an historic level.
ОтветитьHes still better than bill gates
ОтветитьAs far as I'm concerned, you can't say a bad thing about Bezos. When used responsibly, a membership to Amazon Prime provides more for low income families than any government, initiative, or charity ever will. It's an amazing service.
ОтветитьObviously, Jeff has made better use of the internet than many of the commenters below. Amazing to see how his stated objectives and values have played out to date. He's clearly beyond the scope and comprehension of the cynical interviewer. This reporter? What the hell is he after here? He should have asked for a job instead of belittling the upstart tycoon.
ОтветитьWhere is this lefty lib trash reporter today?
ОтветитьJeff Bezos❤
ОтветитьA glorified garage salesman who 1.5 million people call Boss-Daddy. Haven't bought from Amazon in 2 years. Cheaper, faster, better service elsewhere, but most people haven't caught on yet.
ОтветитьThat posture...
Ответитьit was way before house of cards
ОтветитьLove him or hate him: he maintains eye contact
ОтветитьInteresting
ОтветитьCustomer-focus. Spot on. Amazon has set the benchmark for customer service. This is the viewpoint of this Australian. Next day delivery-for free ! I'm still amazed. The stock market agrees with me.
Ответитьlol that interviewer is trying to characterize Jeff and Amazon as some flashy Internet business doomed to fail. I wouldn't be surprised if he was in cahoots with competitors.
Lol "with all due respect" and "corporate arrogance" in the same sentence.
Meanwhile Jeff maintains a humble posture both verbally and physically and is incredibly candid about the risks involved. Yet, he is absolutely clear about what his priorities are.
That's a hell of a leader there.
He saw the future of online shopping and where it was heading, he predicted his own success with this model. The smartest thing was getting 20 people to invest a $50,000 each. What a brilliant way! He really believed in its success from the get go. His best model was the costumer experience and to this day millions around the world trust Amazon. Heck I even have a Amazon prime membership because there are so many products I use everyday that are actually on the prime list. Now I think he could be more fair to his workers and give them insurance and more hours but you can see he cares about the costumer experience that’s his focus.
ОтветитьWow this guy is so switched on and makes so much sense, look how intensely he listens to the interviewer, more than likely what made the man so successful is the way he absorbs information like a sponge.
Ответить“Internet, schminternet!” 😅
ОтветитьThis man really leans in to a conversation.
ОтветитьJeff represents every aspiring business person who is goal oriented, has clear vision, and who is enthusiastic about starting their business. The interviewer represents every doubting self-absorbed critic who think that they know better.
ОтветитьInterviewer tries to satisfy speculators..
Bezos answers satisfy investors.
what happended to his voice now, he sounds like a totally different person
ОтветитьHe almost seems like he's on drugs - but it's more likely just pure intensity and passion. He KNEW everything he was doing and he didn't care if the interviewer or anybody else thought differently. "That's bad math".
Ответить20 years later the highstreet is gone.
ОтветитьAll we need is customer
ОтветитьAmazon's customer service (getting help with issue pre/post sale) is HORRIFIC. Chaining AI with scripted non-English speakers does not work. However, Amazon's customer experience is, by far, the best out there and everyone is copying them. It's insane that I can flick my thumb and press my index finger in my phone before bed, and have the item I bought in my doorstep the next morning.
ОтветитьCustomer experience is not the only thing, which matters. Employee treatment also matters. Amazon is exploiting their delivery drivers through DSPs forcing them to deliver in harsh conditions , discouraging them from calling in sick, which is why nobody should buy anything from Amazon.
Ответитьdudes definitely a lizard
ОтветитьThis singular focus by Jeff is why Amazon continues to be successful. This interviewer just didn’t get it.
ОтветитьGod bless you
Ответитьman, i wish he had never meet lauren sanchez, and stay focus on his business instead.
ОтветитьI think he’s an incredible businessman and visionary
ОтветитьThis dude was UX before UX was cool.
ОтветитьPoor Jeff was holding on the his hair for dear life. I’ve been there Jeff.. I’ve been there. At least we finally decided to shave it at some point.
Wow, I am basically Jeff Bezos…
You could just see the drive and determination within him during this interview to turn Amazon into what it is today. I bet he was working 100 hr weeks back in those days.
