Terrible product, terrible brand ACER!
I bought my NITRO 5 just on April 15 of this year (2023) in Lima, Peru.
I installed all the programs that Adobe required such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier and others.
The first month the operation was fluid (or so I thought) and I did not have many problems, it was at the beginning of June of this same year (2023) that I began to present them: I was using a basic graphics editing program (Adobe Illustrator) and the The screen would go black or the program would close unexpectedly.
I thought it could be because of the weight of the program or the graphics, but the funny thing is that the same thing started to happen to me later (black screen, closing the program) but this time with GOOGLE CHROME, that is, a program that all computers use and that can be downloaded directly for free from Edge. Same with Spotify.
And not only that, then the problems came with the taskbar: for now, the hidden programs disappeared.
Another point: the screen began to project green vertical lines for a couple of seconds.
I sent it to technical service to enforce its guarantee and in just 6 days they delivered it to me again, they made some changes but I don't see much improvement, on the contrary, now it takes almost 10 seconds to turn on to put the access code when before to send it for repair was in less than 5 seconds. I will have to resubmit if I continue to see these issues in the next few days.
I only write this comment to recommend from my current experience that if you have or are thinking of another option, opt for it. Don't buy that kit. Not to mention that I have been moving the laptop from one place to another, since the first day I bought it it has always been in a fixed place and it has not had any blows, it does not have a single scratch!
It is a bad product, do not invest in this model of equipment or in others of the brand, I say this from experience.
It has been the worst purchase I have ever made.

I got this laptop 2 days ago. Loving it for everything except 1 thing: THE DISPLAY IS ONLY 62% SRGB, WHYYYYY. ACER, YOU CAN COMPROMISE ON ANYTHING BESIDED 2 THINGS: COOLING AND THE DISPLAY. EJT3KFNEJEURJ. The cooling is great, it's just the display is so dull looking 😭 even my nintendo switch has a better looking display
