How to fix Hogwarts Legacy Stutters & FPS drop on PC, Fix Hogwarts Legacy Micro Stuttering & Low FPS On PC
Step 1) Increase the virtual memory in windows
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 2) Turn off Ray tracing, set DLSS to quality or balanced, set texture quality to low, turn off upscaling, depth of view, motion blur, film grain, turn off V Sync, enable it in NVidia control panel, turn off the RTX, cap FPS at 60, 75 for now to make it a bit more playable
Step 3) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 4) Roll back graphics driver
Step 5) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run the game on dedicated graphics card.
Step 6) Disable Control Flow Guard
Step 7) Disable overclocking and close all the overclocking applications, Disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay)
Step 8) Close OBS, close all the background applications, also close all the browsers especially Chrome.
Step 9) Disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 10) Move/reinstall the game on SSD if you can
