Wo long sucks guys lets be real. you lose any sense of power gain at lvl 9 weapon. the combat is dry. this is the shit Nioh fans were wanting out of Wo long yet we got square Spam and shitty martial arts moves with an ugly Moral system that forces a tedius grind in the new game.

Everyone who is pissed at Wo Long just wanted a Nioh 3. I prefer Nioh 2 combat over Wo Long's but that doesn't make Wo Long combat bad or underwhelming. It works very well for the game and is tons of fun when you learn it.

Ay if you don’t mind what kinda gpu do you use? My gtx1070 seems to be struggling even at 1080. Is this normal? Hardware related?

Question for everybody, since I just made it to Dream of the Wise, should I start farming for Ethereal gear or keep on trucking with Divine gear? I'm running a purity dual sword build with the armor set you get from Minamoto No Yorimitsu, but the Ame-no-Uzume grace really is calling out to me.

To be honest, I was a bit devastated with wo long.
Wo long is a game I was looking forward to before we even got an official announcement.
I always wanted team ninja to make a three kingdom nioh style game.
So when wo long was announced, it felt like my dream game was finally becoming a reality.
But, wo long as it is now, is not even on nioh 1's level, let alone nioh 2. Even SOP is leagues above wo long as far as player expression, and build variety goes.
It's an incredibly fun game. Don't get me wrong. It's just not what I had in mind.
I was hoping wo long would be a nioh 2 replacement for me
Edit: When I say I wanted wo long to replace nioh 2, I don't mean I wanted it to be nioh 3. It means I wanted it to be better than nioh 2, period.
It's crazy how you can break down in incredible detail as to why you're rightfully disappointed in a product, and some mouthbreather comes in and says "YOU JUST WANTED NIOH 3"

I really liked wo long but NIOH 2 combat is so satisfying 🔥
