It took me 2 years to figure out that my multi vitamin was giving me joint pain. They also kept me awake if I took them before bed and they made me nauseous if I took them on an empty stomach. I stopped taking them, started a balanced keto diet and now I feel great. I'd say, ditch the vitamins because they'll probably do more harm than good.

ОтветитьI take mushrooms supplements in the morning have to take them on in empty stomach then I take women probiotic afternoon also with empty stomach because I just eat one time a day so I eat before taking B and D at night I take B complex and D I don’t know if that’s work or I have to switch probiotic at night and B complex afternoon?.

Ответитьthank you for saying you can take it on an empty stomach as well because I happen to be one of those people who takes it without food used to irritate my stomach many, many years ago I noticed it hasn’t what I do is I take a tablespoon of olive oil and then take my vitamin or vice versa

ОтветитьI can attest vitamin D helps you sleep better and deeper. Even can put you to sleep within a couple of hours. Whenever I take vitamin D in the evening, I dream a lot of different dreams when I usually don’t dream.
But vitamin D can also give you energy so… but nothing works better than B12 to give you energy from my observance.
Perhaps i heard wrong but i thought in other videos you've said not to take magnesium and calcium at the same time

ОтветитьWhy are you suggesting taking calcium and magnesium together near bedtime? The two both react poorly together and inhibit absorbtion if taken too close together. I knew magnesium helps you sleep but never heard calcium did. Since calcium can harden arteries I would think it more likely to make your heart race.

But I had a bad experience with taking apple cider vinegar in water, even with a straw, and with rinsing my teeth and mouth afterwards. I guess it must have had a bad effect on my mucous membranes, as they and my throat were burning for two or three days after i tried acv in water for that amount of time. It's better now that I've stopped. But I'm taking the betaine HCL, as you suggested, and am having more luck with that. Thanks so much for all the good you do for the people of the world!

This article says……And some will find that taking vitamin D supplements makes them feel worse; probably because the high PTH turns the supplements into high concentrations of 1, 25 dihydroxy vitamin D which is the active form, causing symptoms of vitamin D toxicity. When taking vitamin D makes you feel worse, you should immediately stop.

Ответитьi was instructed to take ox bile supplements not with or right after a meal, but 1.5 hours after the meal.
it was explained that the food needs to get acidified in the stomach before passing into the intestines. if you take bile with/right after the meal, you cannot acidify the food you eat, and the bile cannot break it down properly.
who knows anymore. everyone says something different. all i know is my anxiety levels are rising over trying to get healthier... that shouldnt have to happen!
