I’ve had it since I was 10, I’m 19 now, I started heavily workout out on my chest, getting into cardio more, and eating cleaner and I never understood why it wouldn’t go away. Even to this day my chest muscle looks pretty good but the gyno fucks up the look and I hate taking off my shirt, I would love to eventually get the surgery for it but that won’t happen anytime soon, just hoping it naturally goes away soon cause it keeps me pretty depressed, feel like it ruins my entire physique😒
