Wow, the whole living and kitchen is really lack-lustre for a house over a million. The fireplace looks like they forgot to finish the edges of the opening, they didn't hide the wires for the TV, the ceiling vents look low quality, and I've seen nicer kitchens in much cheaper homes.. Sorry, but I'd be so disappointed with the quality of the finishings at this price. Everything just looks so plain, it's all the same greyish colour, the outdoor facade is really uninspired and the rendering looks unfinished.

If you look this place up on the map, there is nothing around but flatness and a Tractor Supply Co. Its 25min to OKC, which may make it worth it if you are rich and want to live outside the city where you can feel alone and isolated surrounded by Tornadoes.

Great video, but this house was small and has a terrible layout. The front door opens into the living room??! For $1.5M I would expect at least a foyer. Bedroom are all toddler sized? I’m from TX we do it bigger in every way. Love the neighborhood and acreage though! All these damn garages and no living space… make it make sense. I would slap this builder 😂
