MAJOR Gaming PC Transformation! - Gear Up S1:E2

Hi, all! The filming of this video was delayed by an incident the day prior. We're allotted $1200 per episode by Micro Center HQ, but the unexpected delay meant that we couldn't have repurposed the difference in the spin budget vs. the total allotment for an extra video, i.e. the "$500 in-store PC giveaway" video uploaded several days ago. Rather than see that money go to waste, we wanted to maximize the budget for this viewer. Hope that makes sense! The wheel is still something we're trying to perfect, but since these were all filmed within the same week, there's really nothing we can do for this first season. We've plans to modify the $ amounts and "spin again" slices moving forward :-) Thanks for watching!

Love the white 3060ti. I have a 3060ti and its hard to beat the value vs perfomance of that card.

I don't get it why have a spin board if your just going to change it? why not just have them choose a colored envelope with money already in it and have one color say double and pick again or pick another envelope or something to that effect?

It's impossible to make a positive build video these days because the trend these days by content makers is to demonize EVERY card maker and every card they make. I don't think any card has survived the trend.

i guess he could upgrade further later on with that psu and motherboard but a 5800x3d is a bit overkill for only having a 3060ti. i have a regular 5800x and a 3080 thats a better balance

I have the same CPU cooler but i want to ask, Is it ok to put the Front Fan on the back? i have the same issue that(in the front) the fan covers 3 of the 4 rams that i have.

Also, for $1200, I'd get the 5800X3D plus a 6950XT at least. I'd also stick with the board he has and upgrade the PSU. To hell with the theme and all that crap because it won't give you anymore FPS
