How To Change computer Name Using Command Prompt

I had netdom not recognized...??? What to do...?

WMIC computersystem where caption='currentname' rename 'newname'

netdom won't work. I thought it is mkdir? but then i forgot so i tried on yours but your wont work. seriously.

you can also use the variable %computername% instead of typing out the current hostname
