Does that mean that the this keyword in an arrow function is always global, so refers to the window object? Is there no solution for that?

Thanks so much for this helpful video.
Wondering, though, why the 'rest' operator is needed? I mean, JS already has an 'arguments' object where you can fetch the length and iterate through it. So when you say that before 'rest' there was no way for a function to know how many arguments are passed to it, that's simply not true.
