Ответитьburnout is one of my fav games of all time, Im not much of a racer normally, but I love just fucking around in the city and getting high speed
the different types of races are really fun too!
I love this game racing was so fun it made me a reel racist as a kid
(English is not my first language)
Game is piss easy and boring once you reach a certain part of the game. Never once felt challenged playing this game
ОтветитьAs cool as the concept of having an open world Burnout game is, closed track racing is where it’s at most of the time. Burnout 3: Takedown is my heart and soul let alone the whole Burnout series. I mean, I love Paradise too, but the sheer amount of wasted potential absolutely reeks with this game. The “remaster” doesn’t help it either, good lord…
ОтветитьPersonally, I don't mind it. I would have been more upset, if they accidentally broke something, but if it functions like the original and looks better than the original, and if it's still a game that I can't stop playing, then I don't mind if things look a bit better, while I'm playing it. I thoroughly enjoyed it, while I was subscribed to EA's player club, and since my subscription ran out, I miss it a bit. The original is fine, but I really liked the improved & crisp graphics. I don't know if I would have considered it worth its original remastered price, but I am considering getting the game again, so that its final form will be the version I'll be playing for the foreseeable future. (along with Driver: SF)
ОтветитьYa, the remaster sucks hardware wise. Whenever I play it, half the time. It crashes, blue screens. Getting into online lobbies doesn't work half the time, it just says "Couldn't join game." Sometimes, when I try to host my own lobby, It doesn't open the game. Seeing what the lobby is doing and driving no longer works. Only says cars, and race. Online takedowns don't show up. There are so many glitches, game crashing bugs, the GP Competition is technically "damaged" so you can't fix it. And get access to the other countries that come with that bike. Only UK. The Olympus Governor doesn't have its camo finish in the remaster, just a black and grey version of the original livery from the first online only Olympus. There is so many more bugs in this game that I can't even think of now. They definitely just did a lazy port that doesn't work half the time. I prefer version 1 on the ps3 before the updates. It's way more fun in my opinion.
ОтветитьI love the open world burnout paradise i still love burnout 3 but paradise tickles my brain in just the right way navigating knowing the shortcuts how swift you have to be to actually win races i love it so much all the secret areas learning how to trick how fun the marked man missions are my god the road rages the jumps oh my god i just gush for paradise
ОтветитьI absolutely agree with you this is the best racing game ever made. I still play this game on a daily basis on my PS3 in 2023. If you still play it also here's a little something for you to try to beat. My high score on a stunt run is 2.441 billion! Good luck
ОтветитьBro, burnout kicks ass,it doesnt even had crash mode
ОтветитьYo dude, we all have opinions on those games made by EA and criterion. I always love the burnout series the most
ОтветитьBurnout 3 > any other burnout
ОтветитьBurnout paradise was also planed to have extra content like planes boats and a BIGGER PARADISE CITY,
Sadly they got scrapped by the reason that i dont know.
You're kinda lucky that the PS4 controller was your only problem in the PC version. It took me like an hour and Community fixes to get this game to even run.
According to steam reviews and other online forums I wasn't by far the only one who had problems.
From a remaster I would have kinda expected it to just run when I click play.
Also apart from the PC version problems the game still has the original bugs from the PS3 version. Like the not working street lights, sound issues on the Krieger Pioneer or the non functioning mileage counters on some cars.
I'm also weren't expecting new features but the missing crossplay is pretty disappointing
I wish they added new cars car designs but no
ОтветитьAwesome video!!!
ОтветитьThere's not enough retrospectives on this game even though it's arguably the most influential racing game of the past 15 years. All the Forza Horizons and post Burnout Paradise Criterion/Ghost Games NFS titles take influence from the design of Burnout Paradise but few come close to being the fun pick up and play game that this is. And the soundtrack is iconic, 100%. I owe a lot to the soundtracks of these 2000s racing games for shaping my music tastes towards rock and metal and even some of the rap artists that were featured among the mostly rock selection I enjoy listening to, from time to time.
I still own the OG PC version and PS3 version but I might just pick up the remaster because I hope to find some more active players to race around with.
Don't get me wrong burnout paradise was a really good game. But an open world burnout doesn't really work out and it also makes the races confusing and down right annoying. It doesn't help how they botched the game up so bad from the 1.0 version to the final version of the game. Anyways great video!
ОтветитьTo be honest, the Burnout Paradise OST was a dissapointment cause it was literally the OST from the previous years Burnout Dominator but take out ALL the amazing Heavy Rock/Metal songs that were actually AMAZING (replace those with some pretty MEH songs that were only in Paradise) maybe the OST was hand picked for Paradise but whoever chose to put most of it into Dominator did Paradise a HUGE DISSERVICE 😒
ОтветитьYou should do a video on BLACK
ОтветитьGreat video man. I always loved this game as a kid and i played the remaster and i still love the game. I like that someone has the same oppion
ОтветитьDude i know I'm late to the party,,, but how the fek do I play split screen 2 players?
ОтветитьI think that the game only needs a speedometer so people know how fast they are going
ОтветитьAvril Lavigne is important to mess with your friends.
ОтветитьI get what you're saying about no added section/cars, but for somebody who has never played Burnout, Paradise Remastered is awesome and great value when on sale for under $10. I'd take Paradise Remastered over the rest of PS4 NSF games which I got to try through a cheap EA Play trial. NSF Heat was ok, but nowhere near as fun Paradise. Then again, I'm the type to buy remasters like Bioshock because I never played them 15 years ago
ОтветитьI'm Gonna disagree with you and say best racing game is Burnout Revenge.
