~This is inspiring & confirming~Ive been thinking of reading the Little House On The Prairie,' series~I think ill do it!!!~I also live a slow, simple life, out in my forest~Im always feeling how its not acceptable in society to be that way~Im sure id be seen as 'lazy', but the crazy hectic life i see others struggling with just does not appeal to me at all!~I practice gratitude throughout every day~My woods, my cats, my garden, time to connect with God, and make healthy foods, are so important to me....and i learn a lot of wonderful things on the internet, too....ha ha~♡~

Totally agree & understand about fake things- food- people- businesses of life that people run in circles not realizing what truly matters in life but yet they get coughs up in the world- I got off that wheel 20 years ago & moved out of the noise of the city to the woods- I can say I’m a lot calmer peaceful & have my mind together than before & I owe it all to Jesus bc HE is what brought me near to HIM- now I have a personal relationship with the Lord to see things & the world in a different perspective

I lived 25 years in a distant and remote location with my husband and it was only like you portray when he was not home. Otherwise it was shush don’t touch why are you doing that? That makes no sense at all quiet be quiet I’m trying to work I now live in town actually next to the airport And my mornings are just like that you portray I pray every day to have my home in the mountains or a home in the mountains returned to me give thanks for it I am at heart a solitaire and individualist. The one thing I could never reconcile was the Internet cell phone virtual reality of the relationships I still struggle with virtual reality. Blessings to you dear.

I love winter for the opportunity to enjoy a quieter environment. I live in a small city but it is much more hectic in the warmer months. I love the idea of living on a mountainside with a view of the water. You are very blessed! This video really spoke to me because everyone I know seems to be going and blowing, spending, traveling and just living a very worldly life. At this point, that does not appeal to me in any way. A slower, quieter life that focuses on simple pleasures and even more thrifty and frugal living is what appeals to me. You are much younger than me, but it is so nice to see others, especially the younger generation, slowing down and focusing on what matters. It is very inspiring! Those precious dogs are always uplifting to watch. How I wish they all had a warm and loving home. That is the one thing that I don't like about winter. I worry so much about the animals and how hard it is on them. My heart is so geared toward all animals and wildlife. It is if God speaks to me through them. I truly feel He sent my precious cats that I rescued to be a blessing to me. They are such a comfort!

Just saw your channel today. The 1st video was so calming. Thank you. I too live in the mountains but unfortunately I am right in the middle of town here in the north Georgia mountains. I also am a child of God, but these days I find myself feeling lost and sad. I've been trying to figure out why I feel like this. I'm 67 and thinking back on all the years I wasted and would love to live like this. I keep praying the Lord will allow me my little piece of heaven on earth. I do not like Winter & suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder. I stay in most days & my fireplace is very comforting to me. My husband goes out to work. I love the affection between you & your husband! I drink herbal teas & make soups & stews for dinner. I do not have Winter blues, as Bible Study, listening to Worship music & daily prayer are uplifting to me! I find your life in the mountains comforting. I live in the city & love Laura Ingalls Wilder & Little House on the Prairie!

Blessed feast of Christmas! I don't know why, but I feel compelled to leave you a comment. I first saw your videos, probably 6 years ago. My husband and I came from non-denominational backgrounds and found ourselves led into the messianic world for 7 years. Ultimately, God brought us out of that and to Orthodox Christianity, and honestly, it was like the truth searching, the digging was towards this end. Glory to God. The answer to the feasts, the scriptures, the tradition. The root of the ancient church and the faith of the Apostles. It might be something you'd be interested looking in to and even if it is not, be blessed and have a very Happy New Year! By the way, the ancient church knew when Christ was born because they knew when he was conceived. The Church celebrates the feast of the Annunciation March 25, 9 months before Christmas.
