Did you grow up watching this show? I am suprised how well the comedy aged, still objectively funny jokes. it's a shame it had to unfold like this..

I think drake enjoyed making the show a lot more than Josh. Drake got paid more & played the role of a musician who got all the girls & bosses love. Josh got paid less to play a role he was a fat clumsy character that got negative treatment from everyone and was hit with every drink & item that could be found.

Honestly, I love both of them til this day and forever but josh definitely lost some cool points from me just for lying about friendship… I’m very big on friendship and if u just pretending after all these years if I fuck up in my own life then I can’t respect you frfr

I liked Fat Josh way more than Skinny Josh but I'm sure they were friends while filming Drake and Josh. The thing that happens with child starts that become famous together. They eventually feel like distancing themselves from the thing that made them a star and that's being connected to their costar. Same thing happened to the two Corey's. Corey Feldman got tired of always being asked what Corey Haim was doing or if they would star in another movie together and suddenly just wanted to be a solo star. Keenan and Kel had a similar path. They worked well together as kids and had success but eventually needed to be their own person and distanced themselves from their counterpart.

I can make and explanation for the succes of Drake in México, you see here in México we have different TV based not into whats New but into whats succesfull, so series like Drake and Josh, Malcolm in the Middle, and Dragon Ball z have been in the air looping for close to 12 years now, because people actually sit down to see it. Drakes song "I know" was on nicelodeon México up untill 2013 playing during commercials, so we got so usted to him that when we gound out more about him and more and more songs, we fell in love again with Drake.

It sounds like Josh Peck is kind of shitty dude, but he is good at hiding it. Lying in podcast and talking shit about a person that only speaks good about him. Drake might not be as succesful and have made some mistakes but at least is not talking trash about his alleged friend.

It is clear that Josh was told by his people to hush up about Drake and deny any substantial connections to him, so that his own "brand" wouldn't be tainted. Not surprising, given how the world works these days, but it is hard to lie through your teeth when the internet has receipts to make you look foolish in your attempt to isolate yourself from a controversial individual.

underground film ever. If anything, they remember him better from Drillbit Taylor, and that's still not that memorable.

I live in Tijuana, Mexico, and let me say Drake Bell is a huge star here. Drake and Josh is so beloved, it's like "Friends" but for Mexican audience. What made Drake and Josh so succesful is the dubbing, Mexican dubbing is top notch and having a great dub, made it so that many moments in the series are gold classics.

Bumping into someone at a party and keeping up appearances by making friendly videos is not friendship - you yourself said you "imagine" they've spent time in their personal lives with each other in the later years, but there's 0 to suggest that.

I think this really just goes back to Josh being jealous of Drake. Drake is obviously no saint but it seems to me like Josh is still holding onto the fact that he had to play the funny fat kid on a television show. I've seen quite a few people telling Drake to let the show go but Josh obviously hasn't either. I mean what was all that petty nonsense with that movie Drake refused? Really? My thing is it's not Drake's fault that they got the roles they got. If Josh wants to be mad at anybody he needs to come for Nickelodeon.
