In my school you have cooking classes in 4th grade and i didn't even know how to peel boiled potatos
ОтветитьLearn how to cook like I did: save money and greatly reduce your chance for food poisoning. I've been poisoned - lesson learned sitting on the toilet or hurling into it from above.
ОтветитьI turned into your video to listen to your comments on cooking basics. The background music is either unnecessary or could be much softer, in order to better understand your comments.
ОтветитьLorin has a good clear voice and speaks step by step. Please leave the repetitive background music out if you can in future.
ОтветитьYour loud music is making me move on. Sorry
ОтветитьGreat teaching skills, however; the background music could be a little lower.
ОтветитьMy cooking journey starts this month
Ответить25M, never learned to cook, no1 ever bothered to teach me. Now willing to learn to provide for my future family. Wish me luck guys 🙏
ОтветитьThe music is too loud
ОтветитьShe might doing the right thing, making these vids. I dont mean to sound negative, but all that time talking about buying a knife. I dont mean to sound racist, but maybe listening to male chefs will help me learn. The female race like to talk a lot, i couldnt get past the knives talking. Hope i dont offend anyone.
ОтветитьJust found this site....sad that the last video was 3 years ago. 😟
ОтветитьIt is easier to cut yourself with a dull knife than a sharp one.
Ответитьfirst time stay at home mom here that never learned how to cook!
Ответитьreally good tips.
ОтветитьGreat, I'm only eating pepper this week. lol
ОтветитьGreat video straight to the point
ОтветитьMan we need more basic stuff. You talked about knifes and cutting the whole time.
ОтветитьI (barely) manage to cook something to eat for myself, but being Italian I'd like to learn the basic skills of proper cooking, so I browsed around and found this video. When you talked about the importance of having a sharp knife, I couldn't help smiling a little: I'm a professional hand-sharpener, as in I actually do that for a living without EVER using grinders / sanders / electring tools , and I couldn't agree more!
I'll keep watching this series of videos, and I'll quote you when I'll have to try and explain my customers, usually chefs and professional cooks, that a dull knife not only requires more energy, but it's also dangerous for yourself. :)
Dollar Tree & the 99 cent store, both have a lot of good kitchen items, for inexpensive.
Ответитьyou talk so much
ОтветитьI will not be watching your videos because of the annoying obnoxious music.
ОтветитьWhy the music. It makes your video unwatchable
ОтветитьLearning to cook for my future husband and kids😆
Question, I am a grad student so I’m on a budget. Is it okay to buy knives from Walmart and just get a sharpening tool?
The music is in the way of hearing you well. I suggest to either remove the music or turn it down. 🙂
ОтветитьI know very little about cooking but want to learn.I am so glad I found you. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьI got greedy.... I dove straight to a wok first dish was ok at best, second one sucked... Now here i am lol
ОтветитьThe background music is stressing me out
ОтветитьWrong way to hold the knife.
Ответитьmusic sux
ОтветитьAnd I'd sure love to give that rack of her's sticking out in this video a rocking motion much in the way she gave that knife! >XD
ОтветитьHer favorite "sharp knife" is that of her lucky-ass husband's which "cuts" into her "signature dish" between her legs when they fuck every Saturday night!!!!!! (Yes, those are code-words in air quotes people!) >X}
ОтветитьIm 16 years old and have no know how to cook and I’m realizing that I’m gonna be 18 and on my own in 2 years and I can only make eggs😭
ОтветитьDaijah thanks u
ОтветитьIn order to be comfortable with a chef knife you need to practice the fundamentals. This begins with the grip. You spend ZERO time teaching about what the proper grip of the knife is. All you say is don’t hold too firm or soft and whatever feels comfortable. This will inevitably lead to poor technique and ultimately wrist and hand pain in the future. What’s the first thing you do when you want to cut something with a knife? Pick up the knife. You should focus more on what is a good hand position on the knife and what isn’t and why.
ОтветитьBeautiful woman, beautiful work beautiful music .
ОтветитьGood video but if you removed the music it would be a lot better.
ОтветитьI want to learn cooking because mom's food tastes bad
ОтветитьI'm 8 years old and I'm getting into the Basics etc and this really helped me (learning how to do the stove)
ОтветитьThe music makes this unwatchable.
ОтветитьNice watch
ОтветитьWe call it a capsicum in Australia so weird hearing bell pepper
Ответитьkill the music in the background.
Ответитьu talk a lot
ОтветитьNot being mean, just an opinion but I think you talk a little too much. I would prefer a basic "This is what we are doing, this is how you do it, now do it, watch my next video for the next thing you should learn."
ОтветитьI'm here bc I wanna make my own food for a Mediterranean Diet, and I need the main thing, to know how to cook, which I don't know how, and I'm also a teenager, so that's that😅
ОтветитьLove it! Thank u ❤
ОтветитьThanks for the video It really helped me a lot 😊
ОтветитьDaaamn... all the time i didn't use well the knife.. thank you very much because you teached me how to use propely the knife...
ОтветитьI took 1 look at your channel and subscribed
ОтветитьThe words are scolling across the screen
Not able to see you technique
