You can get instant mashed potatoes that aren't seasoned yet. The type you used were butter flavored and loaded with sodium already. Plus you hydrated them with chicken bouillon, more sodium and rhen added salt.

I didn’t know they made “white” corn tortillas.. haha. I have used the yellow corn tortillas for enchiladas . Are these tortillas you use the white corn ? This recipe with ground beef reminds me of taco time crunchy taco which we don’t have here . I love those crunchy tacos and now I think this would be a great copy cat recipe !
