Good iinfo, thanks! Question: What about the big question for me at least... Returns .. then complaints, then the things I hear like, "It didn't arrive on time, I want a refund" . This wasn't discussed and it is the big hold back for me. How is this handled, and how big a thing is it? I know Stephen alluded to an hour or less a day because he answered pre purchase questions in the listing. But no one seems to talk about taking returns or just refunding and how fraught that is to scammers etc., With my Merch Amazon account I am so not involved with these things I would like a comparison in real life about going into Etsy. Ha-ha I want to do it, but want to know before hand if the can when opened will be full of worms. Thanks to all who have walked the walk and would care to answer. BP

I t(ink the starting slow, 1-2/day is the best way to go, after 100, then go for it, if you want to add 10/day. The people who are telling people to get 100 in their shop, in a week, are setting people up for failure. Etsy likes slow, steady, consistent, so they can figure out where to catalog your shop.

I am not sure if you have heard of Zen Watercooler, but he just made a video, the other day, how to use everbee for any POD platform. It was interesting.

Wow, Juna, this is awesome. I am just getting ready to get on Etsy. Back to the interview…What worries me is that many of these sellers started in the peak time to start…2020, so it exploded, but I am not letting this stop me. 😊

Great insight. I'm looking at Etsy and wondering where the profit is though. Whatever Printify product I look at I can't even get close to other people's prices without making a loss. I honestly feel like I'm missing something here.

Question for Stephen, please, regarding ornaments. When doing Everbee research to find designs, are you looking at ornament designs (maybe from last year) or, if you see that a given top-selling design is on another product, are you still putting your spin on it and presuming that tweaked design will sell on ornaments too? Thanks!
