Bereavement Care Awareness Training

Bereavement Care Awareness aims to equip churches by giving them the tools they need to support bereaved people in their church or wider community.

Studies show that on average each death affects at least 5 people. This means that in the UK alone, 3 million people experience grief in some form each year.

We understand just how much of an impact loss can have on each individual and how great a need there is for bereavement support.

In many cases, the church is best placed to provide this support after the funeral. Yet we realise it can be hard to know where to start when it comes to helping people through what can potentially be one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Whether you have many years of experience supporting bereaved people or you are relatively new to it, this training will help equip you to support those suffering the pain and heartache of loss.
