One advantage in using Sling Free Stream which wasn't presented is that using an AirTV2, local OTA channels can be combined with Free Stream to provide a single interface for all the channels. Also I believe a tenth stream should be included, and that is SamsungTV. But it's availability is limited to SamsungTV owners and users of Samsung phones.

Alas, not one of these channels is available in my region.
