I had to export my main video in .MOV via Media Encoder to get an option for alpha channel, and shutter encoder worked perfectly. Thanks!

Question (Yeah, i know this video has a year already, just found it), does this works for "glowing" objects? I mean, the program won't turn faded pixels into fully painted pixels?

Hm, it seems when I encode it with Shutter Encoder, even with the Enable Alpha Channel checked, the alpha channel is still not there after encoding.
