ОтветитьI had to export my main video in .MOV via Media Encoder to get an option for alpha channel, and shutter encoder worked perfectly. Thanks!

Hm, it seems when I encode it with Shutter Encoder, even with the Enable Alpha Channel checked, the alpha channel is still not there after encoding.
