How to get ssl ??

What do i do if this error pops up...i followed all the instructions without any error prompts

There is no MySQL plugin in omv. I get an error when I try to enable extra repos etc.

Hello Sir i have install omv on my RPI (but not next cloud) and right now i am able to access my data within network, i want to access that data from anywhere. what should i do? (i am using SMB/CIFS).

I tried installing all of this, but I'm stuck in a login loop on the main NextCloud screen. I can't even create an admin account!!

I'm about to install OMV and came across this video, and a I have a couple of questions. Is OMV being used as a OS, here? I have Nextcloud installed on a raspbian, but I'm looking for a NAS solution not only a cloud (moving files through a browser takes forever). Does the installation of Nextcloud access the same files stored in the OMV NAS?

Hello. I have followed your video but when I put in my IP address 192.168.1.XX/nextcloud I get an error message "Software Failure. Press left mouse button to continue.
The requested page was not found."

That was an excellent tutorial video,
I tried the same and i got
PHP modules have been installed, but they are still listed as missing?
so i tried
apt-get install php7.0-zip
but that too didnt work and i got
php7.0-zip is already the newest version (7.0.33-0+deb9u6)


is there any solution?

Hi, I have when searching for the mysql plugin for openmediavault, it doesn't exist.
It can be a problem of the openmediavault version, I am currently using 4.1.26-1 (Arrakis).

My only question is: WHY would you install nextCloud on the same system as OpenMediaVault? i.e., Don't they perform the same function - a WWW management interface to configuring the host as a NAS device?

First of all, I would like to thank you for this excellent tutorial video. As a matter of fact, it is the only one I came across during my almost two months of searching for a solution to stream my media over the internet.
Now that NextCloud is up and running, I have two points to raise: First one is that while I see my mkv videos, I am unable to play them in a web browser or in Kodi. The second point is that when I tried to connect Kodi to NextCloud over the internet, I see it is only allowed throuugh the port 80. I was already wondering how secure is the setup as I didn't see any mention to SSL certificate being installed. Now, after trying to connect Kodi to NC through 443, I see it is not allowed and therefore our connection over the internet is unsecure. So, did you do a seperate tutorial on how ton create and install SSL on NextCloud? And do you have any idea why videos are not playing in Kdi, while Kodi can play them when connected directly to the TV Box? Thanks a lot for your help.
