Ответитьdo have a document for a member contribution
Ответитьim ready to invest my own money in my LLC. how can done it
Ответить😂 ok you’re a great teacher wtf. This was so awesome and made it easy to understand
ОтветитьI have searched the interwebs and there is barely any content on this subject. Yet it is important for self funded businesses. Thank you. May I request you make an updated video.
ОтветитьThis video absolutely rocked you made it so clear thank you God bless
ОтветитьIf you are asked about that "member contribution" by the IRS how do you prove it was in fact your money you invested in your LLC and not money you acquired from your business?
ОтветитьCan you put your payroll in your business account as a member contribution to begin
ОтветитьLove your sense of humor
ОтветитьIf you treat it as a loan, are there any taxes benefits versus if you treat it as a contribution?
ОтветитьThank you for exposing this so effectively! Super helpful !
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this. Was sound advice.
ОтветитьHow do these differ when it comes to filing taxes?
Ответить2023 Still all up in yo business.... Thanks much!!!
ОтветитьHello! Thank you for the video and mind-blowing graphics! Can you please help me to understand how do I handle my "inventory loan" to the company? So I am am Amazon seller, non-US resident (I am from Ukraine). I had my Amazon account in 2021, but only in 2022 I did registered as LLC. So at the moment of the LLC registration I already had some inventory at my Amazon account. It was my inventory loan to the LLC. I know that money loans are not tax-deductible, so I can NOT put in my expenses loan repayment if it were money. But what about inventory? If I can not put in the expenses the cost of this items, it will mean my profits will be not real, it would be like if I sell goods that I got for free. Can I put in my P&L expenses repayment to myself for the inventory I loaned to my LLC?
ОтветитьWhat about child support and single member llc?
ОтветитьHow do you categorize contribution from 1 business you own to another start up business that you own, without wanting to categorize it as a loan?
ОтветитьHow incredibly helpful your video is. I enjoyed it and learned from it. I transferred $100 from my personal BOA Checking to my business LLC Checking.
ОтветитьHelpful, but I have a next level question lol. How do I contribute say a price winning, like a car? I win a car, it’s worth x amount, yes I will use it as more than 50% business purposes. Instead of declaring current personal car to the llc, can i some how get a deduction through an llc by having won a car? Thank you 🙏🏽
ОтветитьThanks for this video. My question is this...if i treat it as a member contribution, do i give a cheque, bank transfer or cash from my personal account to the LLC account and juat record it in my books as members contribution?
ОтветитьYou changed a lot from eight years ago. In a good way though.
ОтветитьThank you for your graphic designers department for this fantastic depiction, and your succinct explanation. This helped a lot! Cheers! 🤠
ОтветитьIs it okay to put the money directly into the business account from my personal
ОтветитьI like you for this, please kindly accept my view and replays 🖤
ОтветитьQuestion Aiden, when I sign the loan that I'm agreeing to with my sole proprietary llc. do I need to have that notarized?
ОтветитьMy business is hurting right now, so I definitely need to contribute from my personal. So if I choose to right it as a member contribution. Do I just need to tell this to my tax person? Also when I do it with bank write in the note statement ( member contribution) right?
ОтветитьI know this is old but you are very helpful and quite easy to understand and pleasant to watch. Graphics are phenomenal, my mind is still blown LOL
ОтветитьIll graphics. I see you are using Leonardo AI for them. On point!!!
ОтветитьIf you do a member contribution and get it back via distributions, doesn’t that mean you have to then pay taxes on the distribution again, even though you paid taxes when you got the money the first time, before putting it into the business?
ОтветитьVery helpful but how to get your investment back without taxing it?
ОтветитьI need help
Ответить9 years later, you got bigger and sexier 💋
ОтветитьHot girl you nailed it. That was the answer I've been looking for the whole day watching 100s of videos
ОтветитьThank you so much for your help
ОтветитьGreat advice. Very clear.
ОтветитьOn the operating agreement it has an inital contribution section, I paid out of pocket for my business. Do you need to write a specific amount ? Do you also have to have proof of personal funds used?
Ответить
