The way trespassing works is as long as you are not physically on their land or docks and as ling as your boat is not tied to your docks, then you are not trespassing. If I have a waterfront house, as long as the boat is not tied to my docks, and as long as you are not physically on my land or not physically on my docks, then you can stay there and fish there until the cows come home.

These kind of women must be so miserable. I can't even fathom how someone fishing would bother them at all. I remember one time I walked outside and these kids were fishing my dock. They tried to get away as fast as they could. Then I just told them you can fish here whenever you want just pick up after themselves. They fished it for years and I never have one problem with them. They even gave me some puppy drum one day.
