You mentioned about 1 Year and 2 Year programs. A family friend told me that I should complete a 4 year program in order to get my degree.

Is the 2 year program with pgwp good for pr na po ba? or should I proceed with the 4 year course?

I’m currently doing my 3rd year in btech Computer science and I have another year left. So I’ll be going in for the September 2023 intake. When I complete my masters it’ll be= 2025. And by the time I gain one year experience and apply for a PR, it’ll become 2026.
Canada has an immigration target and a plan for until 2024, but will I be able to get a PR in 2026? Will they stop immigrations or create a new target?
