Monitor Internet Connection - Android

I am following the same code as your's and it is working fine for all cases excepts one corner case:
I am following below steps:
1> Turn on Internet
2> Launch App (it gives true for network)
3> Turn On Wifi (it again gives true for network) and again automatically gives false

please guide me if I am doing something wrong

Hi. thanks for sharing the knowledge. can you please make a video on hot reload feature we observe in chatting apps. for example:if we receive any message while we are chatting. we see the text appear instantly from server, we dont refresh the page or reload to see latest data. how is that achieved.?
