And then it was like their feet would lock up and they couldn't walk, so I'd have to go pick them up, go out them on my bed and hold their paws in my hands until they warmed back up again! And then the next time they went out to use the bathroom, we'd do it all over again lol

I was up near Lake placid a few years ago with my 50lb short-haired pitty. The thermometer went to 40 below and the mercury was condensed into the bottom ¼ of the bulb. She ran out to pee and then froze and whimpered. She was so cold she couldn't move. For two days I had to carry her out and back in😅
