Police was unbelievably incompetent for not busting his ass. There were several cars ahead of him, clearly failed to communicate properly to pit him. Allowing car to get away in such heavy traffic is just unbelievable and unacceptable. In short this was 99% luck of police just being incompetent and 1% driving skill. He didn't even attempt to get off the road and just continued on the same highway and police could not figure out how to bust him.
