I think most people wouldnt feel as angry if they didnt charge more for giving nothing extra or in some cases giving us less. Its a mobile game but with full game prices.

they also laid off Michael Sechrist who is another great composer who worked with bungie with ODST, but they also laid off Lorraine Mclees who was with bungie when they made the original halo. its just a shame that the company i use to look up to has fallen oh so much

Hopefully 343 can hire mike, would be nice to see him back with halo and nice to have a job. It’s completely fucked how mike had been working for bungie for 20+ years and composing iconic pieces of music. What makes it worse is how the people that layed him off probably hadn’t even been working since destiny 1.

Activision Bungie Era wasn't sustainable.

I agree Bungies best and most memorable work was Activision Era, but I'm gonna put this out there. Activision wanted a new destiny game every other year, they considered Bungie's best moment, a sales disappointment. Activision splitting with Bungie was far better I think for the developer and player side of things.

That article is from "Paul Tassi" that dude has literally no knowledge and is on a hate spree of bungie from the beginning. He never said something positive about the game and never ever played it seariously to judge it from a player aspect. If you read anything from him its ur own fault.

The Final Fail

I'm almost glad that the Michael Salvatori doesn't have to be associated with this absolute disappointment for a game. Honestly especially in the later/more recent days of Destiny he was the only good thing the game had going for it, I hope he either enjoys his retirement or becomes part of a significantly greater project because he sure as hell deserves that more than the old Destiny dev team

The only good thing that has come out of this is the almost confirmation that Joe Blackburn loves the game a lot. Its obvious the chairmen make all of the bad decisions.

So glad I dipped on this heaping pile of shit months ago. Destiny 2 has been a slowly sinking ship since the season of opulence, season of the splicer wasnt bad but then….nothing substantial.
