I have been pretty busy at the moment working on a big project which is exciting. Hopefully it will be a goer. Apart from that life in the 'new normal' is pretty much the 'old normal' for us except for travelling some places and going overseas;-/ Fingers crossed they don't try and lock us up again. How did u make the rice, I know that with salt and water, but how long. I don't want my rice to be like sushi rice 😅😅😂😂

Is this really close to panda express rice? Because I want to just make a really large bowl of it, and also because the closest panda express is across town.
