An Israel playing tall campaign would be awesome- it could also have a conquest goal of fighting Russia &/or the Commonwealth to restore Khazaria. It's a pity EU4 doesn't historically represent the Jewish populations of places like Odessa (or Grenada) during the time period, or it would be an even cooler campaign.

I personally enjoy Livonia quite a bit - their idea set can go toe to toe with the British and expand into Africa with the gold mines mission. Plus you can form your own government and choose the Prussian military state. Sooooo much fun.
