Lost Ark - How To Fix Network Lag, High Ping & Packet Loss

im from the philippines and been playing lost ark on eu server, my ping are always at 200-260ms at my part it was running fine but i like to experience playing this game on low ping, one of my friend told me it because of latency. ive tried doing everything on this video, maybe because my upload latency was 8ms and load was 1.6ms. getting a higher plan for connection is better like my friend said but it will cost me more.

My ping has been fine since launch but now its at 6000-7000??

I've been having issues with rubber banding as I was moving. Just suddenly my character would jut back a few feet every several seconds. I found a reddit thread where people said they had to move the game install to a different hard drive. I'm assuming they meant their boot drive. Haven't tried it myself yet, but thought I'd share in case it's helpful to anyone else.
