My message is to all the people watching all these videos...it is a great thing to take care of yourself but know this...there are more people depressed and drinking and doing pills than ever...they drink feeling sorry for themselves then get out on the streets and drive...hitting other people in car wrecks...until the majority of people change...all the efforts are in vain

She is truly amazing,and she puts in the work. It is upsetting to see the negative feedback, I bet they couldn't put their pics up here and match her outstanding physic. Look around at people close to 70, most are overweight, on tons of medication. She truly is an inspiration and proves that if you take care of yourself you can look and feel good at any age.

How long did it take I had Covid then long haul I gained weight I am walking now. And started doing some light weights. I always walked two miles but then was sick. So I’m doing it again. You look awesome. What an inspiration. I guess I expect quick results any words of wisdom

Damn she's looking better than most chicks in their 20s these days and she's like 40 to 50 years older.

It's all about genetics. Imagine someone who ate junk food until their 50s and then decided to turn around her lifestyle, for most people, it's too late. But if you have good genetics then you can turn things around. Of course good diet, exercise and sleep would help anyone feel better but without the blessing of genetics, most people will have to depend upon the Rx as well.
