Well, I have GTA V at epic games (I got it for free). Playing RP the FPS is very unstable! So I bought it on Steam and guess what, much better. In the epic games of 16gb of ram there was 4-5gb left over, while in steam there was just over 1GB of ram. That is, steam makes better use of RAM in GTA V. So if you have doubts, go with steam!

Got GTA5 free on Epic Games and still bought it from Steam because it has better servers and launcher. I get more fps and better gameplay using Steam than Epic Games. Takes less storage too

It's expected for Epic Games to have more fps since it closes the launcher as soon as the game starts to boot up plus it doesn't have in game features like a music player or browser integrated while playing
