I’ve started to eat better the past 4 weeks I’ve lost 13lbs but more importantly than that I’ve gotten my life back I feel more energetic I’m doing more I’ve been needed to paint the living room for months I’ve just been to fat and lazy to do it today I got up and cracked on with it. Im being more productive at work I’m sleeping better all round my quality of life has improved

ОтветитьRight on, focusing on whole foods; tasty, hard to over-eat, fibrous and actually, after a very short amount of time you stop even wanting that other, more convenient crap. Simply because how it makes you feel in yourself. Skipping the donut; the 'treat' doesn't feel like anything lost at all. You just gotta give yourself the chance to deprogram the market's messaging that you want/need it.

We're carnivores. We've survived millions of years mostly by eating meat. In the glacial eras agricolture was impossible.
Look at inuits surviving only by meat. No vegan can survive without B12 supplements instead.
