In my opinion, auto-publish new reviews should be "All Reviews "
Because if im the buyer and i bought a product and it deserved a 3 star and i found that my rating wasn't published, i will not trust this website, ill say that this website is not real and only posting 5 star ratings

How can I import and display reviews for a particular product on the homepage. Reviews i have are just popping up by the side of the homepage instead of displaying on the bottom of that product.

my loox reviews arent being saved on my Shopify, idk why

I set up loox to send auto email to request reviews to last buyers . It’s been few days but I haven’t gotten any kind of confirmation notifying me that the emails have been sent out . How are we supposed to know whether the emails have gone out ?
