Yo man thanks for your honest video! I will try your method but applying personally for me!
ОтветитьThank you very much. It's a call to action in form of a video.
ОтветитьFor those wanting to get deeper into this topic I would recommend starting off by reading: "Deep Work" by Cal Newport.
Ответитьbummer that this applies only to someone who has a clear goal and know exactly how to get there. Where do you fit learning all that stuff. That takes way, way more than 3 hours a day.
ОтветитьWhere is world of warcraft🤣!?
Thanks for sharing this, highly inspired by you
giga chad
Ответитьgreat advice
ОтветитьHi Anthony. Wanted a few clarifications about your daily routine.
1. Do you stick to a specific bedtime and wake up time every day?
2. Do you practice a certain period of time before bed in which you give up your phone and computer? I mean necessary for the accumulation of melatonin.
3. Right after you wake up and before your first productive block, do you eat anything or are there any activities like brushing your teeth or doing morning exercises? Or do you get up and go straight to your computer to start your first productive block?
4. During long efficiency blocks, do you work continuously for the entire period, or do you cut your work time into chunks, like in the pomodoro technique or something like that?
sir that spell should be as secondary not secundairy
ОтветитьAnthony Best engineer!, highly inspired by you 💪
ОтветитьHow do you place study time in that schedule? Thx anthony
ОтветитьWhen I close my eyes, Georges St-Pierre is giving me a tutorial on productivity
Ответитьsomeone @ me when he drops a workout routine video
ОтветитьThanks a lot sir for the tips. How much hours of sleep you get a in a day? How much hours sleep you think is needed per day to be highly productive?
ОтветитьBro just made a day in a life of software engineer minus all the corny and cringe parts😂
Ответитьbro fuck programming, drop a worokout routine🤣
my man built like George st Pierre 💪🏻
Very sage advice
ОтветитьThis schedule is what I found works for me after almost 3 years of remote work. my hyperfocus blocks tend to be way before work starts aka 5am - 9am and nearly right before bed. working from home was painful until this finally clicked for me.
ОтветитьMy bro is killing it
ОтветитьWow, as it turns out Johnny Sins is not only a good actor, but also a very productive programmer 💪
ОтветитьHi Anthony. I like the way you manage those blocks, unfortunately I don't see how to fit the one hour meetings slot in a real enterprise scenario. On the other hand if you are working with your teammates and u have dailies or they expect you to be available for questions or dms how do they manage to contact you in your first focus block? I see this schedule feasible if you are a lonely wolf coding your fully owned project but difficult in a startup or a team focused work. By the way you look really healthy, incredible arms 💪
Ответитьthank you a lot for this tutorial
Ответитьyou watch asmongold what a legend
ОтветитьThe Delts!
ОтветитьI thought you’re gonna say amphetamine xD
Ответитьinstructions unclear .. I've ended up being "hyper-protective" software engineer ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
ОтветитьWill you show you stretching routine some day?
ОтветитьWill you make “One day of Software Engineer life” video?
ОтветитьWhat if a person needs to have compulsory 8 hours in the office??
ОтветитьCan you recommend some books?
ОтветитьBro you are the best. Thank you for content
