What a trip. That inner circular welding/cutting thing is amazing!
Idk how I came across these machine shop Australia videos,,but I like. Reminds me of my grandpa who knew so much and machined his own things n fixes also.r.i.p.
Keep the unique n big fixes coming;]
Incredible that one guy knows how and is able to do all this stuff!!
ОтветитьTHIS THE KIND OF WORK I USE TO WORK FOR DONS MOLBLE WILDING IN KANSAS CITY MISSOURI RAN A MOBLE UNIT
ОтветитьWhat I like best about this video is not just what I'm viewing with amazement, but all the knowledge you have aquired, providing your service, at, what appears to be, a very youthful age - not to mention the money needed for the space and all the machinery plus materials.
ОтветитьVery well done , CCE greatest company
ОтветитьGOSH - WONDER HOW MUCH A BIG JOB LIKE COSTS ???
ОтветитьI never see other workers in your shop. Are you the only machinist there?
ОтветитьLove you sir🎉🎉🎉you are ginius🤟🤟 you are great👍👍 i am your fan🎉🎉from India🇮🇳🇮🇳
ОтветитьOuttakes are almost as entertaining as the work
ОтветитьBoa noite. Brasil.
ОтветитьOK
ОтветитьThat's amazing I never seen anything like it well done sir
ОтветитьSeninle şu işleri yapmayı çok isterdim
ОтветитьWhen I saw the part where they showed the product Curtis sprayed on welding tip I thought to myself nice hands for a machinist then it occurred to me that must have been Karen's hand not Curtis ; attention to detail is what put these two far above ordinary in my opinion
Ответитьماشاء الله عمل متقون و بكل إحترافية
ОтветитьEver thought of copyrighting all of your shop made tools and having another company manufacture them to your specifications and then selling them on-line for you. Just a thought
ОтветитьI've been saying "align bore" since a machinist corrected me in the 70s. After looking it up today I see that "line bore" is the correct term.
ОтветитьVery interesting process ! Thanks for sharing
ОтветитьHow do you know how to do so much?? Did you go to school?
ОтветитьShops I have worked in we used freezer box with CO2. Changed dump box bearing ultra class, heated eye with snap ring oneside (bearing slides through and locks). Another line boring box dump hinge ulta class, two bars 12 feet. Ultra class over 300 tonne. Great machineshop and outstanding work done.
ОтветитьGreat work ..love to see someone who uses tools the rite way
ОтветитьNice job
ОтветитьWow! I didn't know that .008 interference would even work? Mild steel only?
ОтветитьThat's some advanced equipment....
ОтветитьBeen there done that on heavy equipment. A line bore takes some time but a Great tool to have.
I was wondering if you would show how to do the bushings. That is how I do them. You would be surprised how many people don't realize that's the way they are done, by super cooling them.
Great video.
That machine welding demonstrates just how slowly the MIG gun has to move. A clock timer would show how long it really takes.
ОтветитьHaven't watched in a while. harvest season here in Colorado 😉
ОтветитьI enjoy your videos, when you give your summary at the end, could you include how many hours the job took?
Ответить“Just one really?” 😂😂😂
ОтветитьThank you for posting videos of your most excellent work. I assume your wife is the video editor. How has YT assisted the profitability and sales/marketing outreach of CEE? Was your family the founder?
ОтветитьI really really really liked this really.🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
ОтветитьHow’s the welding mask/respirator. I’ve been thinking of buying one.
ОтветитьYou know, just when we think we've seen everything. Curtis pulls out the LN2! Truly amazing stuff you do, mate. Also, my son loves your dog and George the most when we watch together.
ОтветитьAnother great video. Karen, I really appreciated the camera work on this video. The footage when welding the spacer that had previously cracked was very beautiful! All of the sparks and molten bits of metal making the beautiful orange traces and the arc saturating the camera sensor! Quite nice!
ОтветитьAre you a self-taught machinist, or did you take up an apprenticeship at some point? The fact that you're so well versed in different areas is impressive.
ОтветитьAwesome new fast mode Karen very very cold idea. Love it ⭐👍🐕🕊🐦
What do you call it... the Speedy Gonzalez move...😅😅😅
Great job hope to see it more😊
Blows my mind that you can shrink a lump of metal like that
ОтветитьFeed
ОтветитьDid you use a pin to line up at one place cause I didn’t see it in the show
ОтветитьYou are Really Really Really Really good at what you do! Really LOL!
ОтветитьVous êtes le le meilleur
ОтветитьBrilliant................................................
ОтветитьAt 77 years old and was a machinist for 56 years i thought i'd seen most things but your skill-set is awesome. I was fed up with machining but watching you has rekindled my interest. What a great channel. Shuddered a bit watching you pull swarf off with bare hands i've seen some nasty accidents doing that.
ОтветитьThis is bananas
ОтветитьI just still can't figure out if you are 24 or 42.
ОтветитьVery very good
ОтветитьEin echter Fachmann da schaut man gerne zu vielen Dank für das Video
