Neverwinter - Avernus Gear Restoration - Mod 19

The Acursed Grinding Wheels for the Hellfire weapons I think I mentioned in one of my comments to earlier content. Takes 3 weeks to unlock, to unlock the weapons, you then have to improve as per usual.
