ОтветитьFor those with hand injuries or post surgery, I recommend occupational therapy. These clinicians were trained specifically in how to rehabilitate hands 🙌

ОтветитьI think it be safe if you ask Physiotherapy for exercise because if you do it wrong or too much pressure on tendon and it can split or cut the tendon.. you do not want to do surgery afterwards

ОтветитьWhen i do the hook, if i press quite hard, i feel lil pops in all my fingers, very wierd feeling but feels nice... Like bubble wrap popping sensation. I dont understand why it does that though (i have been having finger joint pains for months though, hence why im watching this video)

Wear compression gloves.
Ice pack/heat compress.
Massages, they sell hand massage machines too
Try anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen naproxen Tylenol.
Try supplements that heal tendons and joints like Glucosamine, collagen biotin and turmeric.
Hands cant heal if you use them... Spend time in bed w hands pretty much tied up. You have to let them heal. Do your stretches and messages. 😘☺️ Good luck loved ones.
