Hello Mister, I have the same problem like this woman who aks you 1 month ago. I did what you say, to turn it off I pressed the joystick first for ca. half a minute, nothing happened, then for more than 2 Minutes but the white light flashing doesn't stop. Wasn't this not long enough? Do you have any other idea? Sorry, my english is not so good. Perhaps it is broken for ever? Thank you very much & kindly regards

Your answer to that woman: @AskSiftech vor 1 Monat: Make sure headphones is charged at least 20%.Then long press that joystick 🕹 to turn it off , once off press and hold joystick 🕹 for 10-15 seconds again once it will turn white blue and purple then let it be for same process……
